25 - 33 % slope is a steep incline. Approximately one floor per 10m. This can become really nice. Are there pictures of the expected view?

... I am waiting for the pictures of the view too :) It all looks very cozy as it is. South-facing slope in a building gap, beautiful mature neighboring buildings, more than sufficiently large plot, and direct access to the forest - I would be practically love-struck. If the view is not directly on a nuclear power plant, I would find it hard to part with the property.

Can you upload pictures of the view and/or a Google Maps image?

I wouldn't think about it for too long. Otherwise, someone else will be happy.

What is the outlook?

How much should the approximately 1400 m2 cost?

Unfortunately, I don’t have a view yet; that would be the next step during the on-site appointment. Unfortunately, it has been reserved since yesterday evening, we are indeed "next," but for now, it can't go any further. In parallel, I also checked the internet connection, as there are some coverage gaps, and this is a must-have for me due to work. Assuming this is acceptable, I am now quite convinced. Google Maps see below... A district located very much in the forest, but it belongs to the city, 16 minutes driving time to NW. Nuclear power plants or military training areas unknown ;)

Price-wise, by the way, 150,000 EUR + 4% broker fee. One could say we should have been faster, but it only went online 36 hours ago, and especially with [Hang] I am definitely more cautious because I am still very inexperienced. Therefore, learning and maybe still hoping that it opens up again

That does not surprise me. Then I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Why didn't you reserve it yourself? You can always cancel.
