To the builders - how much does it cost / did it cost per square meter?

What costs do you expect for your house or have you come up with? (Calculation method: Euro construction costs / sqm of living space = xy). Please assume "pure" house costs, meaning:
[*]House with basement/floor slab [*]With technology [*]With floors and walls [*]Without land, yard, outdoor facilities, garage, terrace, incidental building costs
Thank you very much for voting!

Basically a good survey! BUT: all the numbers are worthless if you ask where the people ended up and what they calculated with! Usually, the calculation is lower than what it actually ends up being. If you want to know how much building a house costs, then you should remove the "calculates" part. And of course, what is still interesting is that you should mention in which year the house construction contract was signed. And maybe ideally also the energy standard (KFW70/55/40/40+). Otherwise, the whole survey is totally useless!

Year, equipment, region, extras .... especially the technical equipment nowadays allows for a lot of difference. Rule of thumbs are simply difficult.

And it also depends on the region. In BW and BY, the survey should still show €2,500, etc. I currently consider that the average.

One should also include the type of house in the equation. A bungalow is, for example, in most cases more expensive per m2 than a 1.5 or 2-story house because more money is spent in the ground (larger BPL) or in the air (roof area).

I no longer find the calculation accurate or it is much too rough. For example, we have our basement almost completely in living space quality plus an additional shower bathroom. That means some sockets/LAN/TV, screed + underfloor heating, the same flooring as in the rest of the house, plastered walls, etc... the only difference in the end is the window areas and room height 2.50m instead of 2.75m. Flat rate is usually 2.5k x sqm living space + 70k. But in reality, the expense was much, much higher.
