To the builders - how much does it cost / did it cost per square meter?

What did you change or include? It was pretty clear what the OP wanted in/not included.

Okay, a few questions: -does the basement count towards the living area? Big impact on the factor -exclude the garage, don’t know how much it cost as it’s included in the overall offer -ancillary construction costs: what should be excluded here? There’s more, everyone who answers here does it differently. And the year of construction has rightly been mentioned many times.

Marked less than 1600. Reason: We contributed an extremely large amount of EL and completed entire trades (sanitary, heating, electrical, etc.) entirely by ourselves.

Own work must be offset for such comparisons.
After all, it's about a house that can be moved into. Not a self-build kit, not a shell house without finishing, whoever finishes it.
A house that is finished and ready to move in!

and suddenly, the survey has a distorted result.

I did not want to express anything else with my post.

I see it differently. Instead of paying more money, you invested time. A legitimate way to save money and reduce the credit limit. Your house is therefore financially cheaper for you, although more time-consuming. I see nothing wrong with stating the price paid accordingly.

Guys, this is a survey in an internet forum and not a clinical study.
