To the builders - how much does it cost / did it cost per square meter?

Assume 2,500 in BW.

At the moment, we are still planning for everything in BW to be under 2,000. Let's see what else might come.

So I am with my €1690 in NRW, contract 2018 among the bargain houses. It's not about absoluteness but rather a rough tendency.

Well, the main thing is that everyone can pat themselves on the shoulder: some proudly because they break the mentioned lower limit with their calculation. The others pat themselves on the shoulder because they can afford the ridiculously expensive house. One proudly manages with 1 sqm of window per sqm of living space, the other has the beloved panoramic windows. Two have already found each other here
