To the builders - how much does it cost / did it cost per square meter?

I am not supposed to make it representative but simply a survey among like-minded people.

It is simply a matter of dividing the construction sum of the building structure by the square meters and then ticking the box. If everything is to be included, up to what kind of facade color was chosen, the survey will go the same way as BER. It will just get bigger but never finished.

Well, the [BJ] is indeed important for the price; what we signed in 2014 is not even half of that today.

I will not take part in that because I built in 2013.

Square meter prices are nonsense as a measure for a house. They reflect neither quality nor usability.

For most, more than 2100 euros... Seems rather to be the price range that one has to calculate.

In BW, assume 2,500.
