That's understandable to me, but unfortunately it doesn't make it any nicer :-(

Penthouse floor

Storage room too narrow, door does not open, laundry chute protrudes inside.
Why no laundry chute in the bathrooms?

Bedroom huge. Actually much too big. Nothing against large houses, I’m the last one to complain, but some rooms are oversized like the bedroom, there are 2 rooms without use (playroom and the small bedroom on the penthouse floor)

1st floor
Small storage room between stairs and children’s room too narrow
Does the staircase to the penthouse floor work? How does it look visually?

Ground floor
What does the wall in the utility room mean?

A generous wardrobe is missing. Where do shoes, bags, jackets go?

Living room is insanely deep? Either XXL TV or binoculars. Where is a cabinet for DVDs, CDs, stereo system, books and toys planned?

I would shift the stairs a little to the south, plan a generous wardrobe on the ground floor, combine the 2 storage rooms on the 1st floor into one reasonable one, the storage room on the penthouse floor will then become usable.
Or consider a completely different staircase and location.

We don't watch TV that often, and when we do, we can lower the blinds. But the whole layout could still be rotated 180°.

In the bedroom there will also be a wall unit with a TV. And the bed is not stuck to the wall either. Behind the bed there would be a recessed wall with indirect lighting. The passage is only to the dressing room. Unfortunately, we haven't found another solution.

The small storage rooms result from the staircase. I don't think it's optimal either, but spatial separation by category (e.g., kitchen items, toys) is not so bad, so you can find things faster. About 60 cm for the walkway is not much, but you don't want to stay in there long, just briefly put something in or take something out.

The laundry and technical room is directly to the right of the entrance. The room is about 9.4 m². Is that enough? A air-to-water heat pump will go in there.

The room would be too small for building services and utility purposes.
In our case, the building services room is about 15 sqm and the utility room should be 7-8 sqm.

Just our air heat pump alone needs 2 sqm, then building connections, electrical, freezer, wine rack, tools, cleaning agents, drinks—the room is full.

In the utility room: laundry bag, sink, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, fire extinguisher—nothing too big.

We wanted to put the laundry chute behind the bathroom door, but because of the setback of the penthouse floor, the bathrooms are not exactly aligned. And I don’t find a laundry chute in the middle of the room optimal. The bathrooms also feel bigger without a laundry chute.

Ground floor:
Do you mean the dotted line? If the large kitchen should ever be converted into a bedroom, one could, in an emergency, put up a wall in the utility room and realize a small bathroom with direct access to the bedroom.

The wardrobe would be 1.64 m long and 60 cm deep. In the drawing, a niche can be seen (near the utility room). That should be enough for the most important things.
The small rooms without use (where beds are also drawn) will be storage rooms. We have no basement!

If we move the stairs to the south, we won’t get a rectangle in the living area anymore. But that is important to us. And the living area should be as large as possible. The length on the kitchen side is the minimum if you still want to realize an island. The TV can go into a "living wall cabinet," where the TV is placed and things can be stored.

1st floor:
For the stairs to the penthouse floor, the landing must be 0.5 m larger for it to work. Does that look strange?

Unfortunately, we have no idea for an alternative staircase to our floor plan...

It’s about the distance... the spacing. It’s not healthy, even if you plan to watch TV in the bedroom.

That does not make the bedroom smaller.

That is exactly what will be annoying about this idea.

The architect has solutions ready.

The architect has solutions ready.

That can be enough, but not necessarily.
The entire design is not very useful insofar as some rooms are oversized because there is no better solution (gap fillers), while other necessary rooms are missing or are not usable or accessible at all.

It is simply not a professionally good design, and you would do best if you invest some money in a professional.
Right now, money is being wasted unnecessarily when I read about the usefulness of the individual rooms.
And for constructive criticism, quite a lot is unfortunately still missing here since you don't provide it afterwards.
