Thank you for your feedback. We will then use the cooling function of the underfloor heating throughout the house and install an air conditioning unit specifically in the living room and children's room, which we will only turn on when it gets too warm. In the living room, we will install blinds and in the children's room roller shutters with separately extendable sun protection. We will then leave the windows as shown on the plan. Can you also recommend a ventilation system? We have Poroton bricks as the exterior wall.

That is your main problem. Slats in the pane are not much better than an internal shading.

I also never meant that you should take one of the Domus models instead of your own design. Rather, I derived from your own design that you would find the models of the Domus series the most suitable examples of how the same looks when "functional" (i.e., how you could develop your design without the result of these areas remaining as "storage rooms"). So you should just "have the penny drop" or "a light bulb go on." As an actual realization partner (for an individual design), this provider also seems suitable in your case, but that was not my main reason for the hint. I do not consider them wrong, but I advise against committing to one stone. The second-best stone and the best builder make a happier combination than vice versa.

Ventilation system is comfort and belongs to a house as you plan it as standard

That's true that leftover spaces arise. But we once thought about how we could use them. For example, it bothers us when a lot is left around in the bathroom, such as laundry baskets, bathrobes, bathroom supplies like shampoo, toilet paper, etc. All of that could be stored in the chamber opposite. Toys of children that are not temporarily used could be stored in the storage room next to the children's room. Sure, the storage rooms are not large, but they serve their purpose. You just have to set priorities.
