And it was already mentioned above: you can achieve a lot with paint and interior design: mirrors reflect sunlight, light-colored walls opposite a window also shine. If you then also place a bright Berber rug instead of a mouse-gray carpet under the sofa, that will work out. And honestly: sunlight bothers you anyway when watching TV.

The idea would be to place the garage on the left towards the front so that the garage would only reach up to the height of the kitchen. At the front, we have 8m of space to the street, and the garage is allowed to have a four-meter distance.
