Hello everyone,

sorry that I haven't been in touch for so long, but we really had a lot going on. Over the last few days, we sat down again with our floor plans and made some 'new' plans. We removed the extension and made the whole house longer instead, so that we now also have more space on the upper floor. We now also have a bathtub for the little one in the upstairs bathroom and a shower toilet on the ground floor. I’m curious what you think of the new designs and look forward to your comments and suggestions

So I like your new floor plan much better now, I'll take a closer look at it later. The corner window in the living room is great!

Maybe our floor plan will give you some new ideas ;) We also have 2 full floors, but with a fairly spacious attic studio on top of about 39 sqm, where we have an office + playroom.

Better! Much better! I would arrange the doors of the WC and office a bit and thereby create space in the hallway for a deeper cabinet and sideboard. Also, enlarge the hallway on the upper floor to be able to place a large wardrobe behind the door in the bedroom. A small hallway is confining – afterwards the children's rooms look like they can give up some space.

Hi I also find the draft much better. A few points that stood out to me: - I find the shower downstairs a bit tight. Is the access to the shower cabin supposed to be through the corner? I would remove the sliding door in the bathroom (noisy and expensive) and instead place a door centrally so that you have space on the left of the door for a towel radiator and on the right you can plan the shower across the entire width including a comfortable shower entrance. - Corner windows are nice. But consider a sliding door, as an open window sash requires space and could make it tight with the table. - Regarding the kitchen, if it was intentionally drawn that way, I would skip the small countertop under the window. - In the upper floor hallway, as already mentioned by , plan it wider. Just the door frames require about 5 cm without plaster, and with that, you’re short about 20 cm in width. - I’m not sure if the bathtub can be placed in the corner like that. Connections and fixtures usually require some space. However, others may have a more concrete statement. - I would place the towel radiator by the toilet bowl, as the space behind the door looks tight. - In general, don’t forget the plaster (1-2 cm) when considering measurements. It can quickly lead to a standard-size cabinet no longer fitting.
