Even if no one is bathing much at the moment - with a toddler, I would definitely install a tub. Definitely.

Yes, it's a bit exaggerated. But somewhere we once listed the usefulness of a large "basin" within the heated four walls - besides bathing, there are quite a few uses that, as "young people," you might not yet have on your radar. Spontaneously, laundry, soaking hand-wash items, rinsing blankets, wool, and the like come to mind. I won't mention the carp for Good Friday or Christmas Eve ;)

Please redraw your property and then insert the design there.
At first glance, I find the dining area quite cramped. There is no comfortable access to a terrace.
I would plan a wardrobe with a depth of 60 cm. A window could still be added there.
The hallway seems too much like a "tube" to me. It is not inviting.
Upstairs, the bathroom is too tight for me. It could still use the hallway square meters.
How is the basement supposed to be used? Is it heated? Then consider the office room in the basement with a light well under the living room, for example.
Overall, there is a lack of storage space for cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, and broom on the living floors.
The staircase as a platform staircase does not fit.

The gigazoom into the plot without dimensions is of little use. Missing are the usage template (which seems to have been misread here, site coverage index 0.3 / floor area ratio 0.6 seems more likely correct) and at least the excerpt with the regulations about the deviating construction method. Also, the roof will probably not be specified simultaneously as flat-pitched and as (green) flat roof.

Thawing suckling pig. Washing the dog. The possibilities are endless.

No. Edit: I just noticed that I didn’t build on the building line . So the garage has to be about 80cm wider.
