No offense, but I think the stories are as interchangeable as the Telekom companies. I myself have already experienced with Teledumm that they wanted to come by to activate the connection on the day of the move sometime between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. There was always someone on site, just no Teledummer. Around 4 p.m. I called to ask where they were. “Yeah, they were here but didn’t find anyone.” “Uh, someone was here the whole time, plus there was constant loading and unloading, there wasn’t a Telekom vehicle here.” “Yes, yes, definitely.” “No, definitely not. When was that supposed to be?” “Well, at ... o’clock.” “Funny, I was personally downstairs at the front door and in the front yard the whole time.” That went back and forth a few more times until suddenly the info came that something went wrong in internal communication and there was no order at all. Funny where the precise time for the supposed visit came from... To say, you find complete idiots on both sides. O2 has also cost me nerves, but overall I got through it pretty stress-free and that since the Viag Interkom days, if anyone still remembers. Now in the new building it will be Telekom and so far I am very satisfied with the builder’s service. Friendly and certainly with customer-friendly advice. I have to add that the connection is not yet set up, let’s see what else comes [emoji23]
