Apparently it can always get worse. Sad.
Hello
it can get worse. Much worse.
I have a story of suffering with O² that no one would believe. I do not want to write it all down here either. It is too long and unbelievable.
Just the conclusion:
So, I canceled O², received the cancellation confirmation, and the service was disconnected. Good. But O² kept charging me. I complained, it was always assured that the charge was incorrect and the money would be refunded. But it wasn’t. After the third charge, I reversed the payment. Then O² started reacting. Reminders and threats that they would block my connection. Huh? I haven’t had a connection for months. The hotline always basically saw everything. Still, reminders continued. Eventually a collection agency got involved. They also saw everything but said that O² insists on payment.
Eventually, O² or the collection agency realized that the claim did not exist because the charges were made unjustly. So the charges were canceled, but they still wanted to collect the reminder fees. We were at about 180 euros. Suddenly it went up to 300 euros. I asked again why. Now they wanted the router to be paid for. Luckily I still had the receipt for the return shipment. So the router charges were canceled too, but the reminder fee for the router was added to the reminder fee from the unjust charges. They definitely wanted those. There were suggestions that I pay in installments. Something over 200 euros in 12 monthly payments. I told them to file a lawsuit. Then they came up with a goodwill offer that I should pay 39 euros and everything would be settled. I told them to file a lawsuit. After that, I stopped responding. That was 3 years ago. Eventually, nothing more came from them.
It was like a satire. Never again O²
