What is the deal with the Bauherren Bonus actually? Is it available nationwide in Germany?

When we built back then (2009), there was nothing like that... Other providers couldn't do anything with our address for over 4 years... Telekom knows how to pass on data so that customers stay at first... and with us, there's only a dumb copper cable.

He is talking about a new development area, so it should be a fiber optic connection. Therefore, he will have to take a Telekom tariff. Regardless of any bonuses.

We have the Magenta S and honestly, no one really needs more :P.

Especially since it's already expensive enough, but soon two years will be up, so we'll see...

For the bonus see World-e.
That was/is possibly still the case?
Regarding the contract: m was the basic offer with fiber optic. less was not possible.
No one at Nordlys needs more.(smile)

Telekom is smart. In some areas, you have to have the connection installed through Telekom (with us glass + copper), then make a contract. If you do not make a contract, you do not get a bonus and/or are blocked for a long time. We had glass + copper installed together with NetzeBW, signed a Telekom contract as 100er. The then occurring amounts are deducted from the credit until it is gone, then you pay. Eventually, months later, the bill for the connection arrives (600 €). After at most 2 years, you are free. PS: together with a mobile phone contract, there are again "good" offers from Telekom. And with Telekom it works. I know many, especially in the business environment, who are "cheaper" but constantly have disruptions. That is at least my impression ... (was previously with unitymedia :-( )

We live here in the vast plains of the North German lowlands, where the land gradually slopes down towards the sea and ceases to be land. Since the number of people here is quite manageable, there are only two real telephone providers, Vodafone via Kabel Deutschland and Telekom. Both work. In terms of price, they are the same. The good thing about Telekom is at least an accessible, rudimentarily developed service. Karsten
