Then the architect who submits the building permit is supposed to deal with it. It only annoys me when I base my planning on aspects I thought I had understood and then such rubbish comes out. When I read in the purchase contract that the municipality is responsible for the surveying of the property and still does not do it because it is only supposed to be the marketing after completion, it frustrates me.
That means I now have to take care of commissioning the,
- topographical survey of the building plot,
- rough staking out,
- fine staking out
