Of course, our house string formwork was staked out according to the pegs by the foreman.
I believe we have already discussed this topic once. You were very lucky there. If something goes wrong, not even the construction company's insurance will cover it because this procedure is grossly negligent. How is the accuracy of the detailed staking supposed to be achieved if wooden pegs are used as a basis? The wooden pegs usually serve as a rough orientation so that you basically know where your property is. Therefore, the positional accuracy is about 1 dm, even if the pegs have not been altered by children, dogs, pranksters, or neighbors.
In my opinion, for a developed, defined, surveyed property with pegs or boundary stones, any further surveying costs are unnecessary because any trained mason can set up a string formwork.
If you trust a wooden peg as a clearly defined boundary point, you can do that. But for a project of 300k, saving 300€ for staking out, with the risk of having to tear out the foundation slab or more, or having to bear incalculable consequential costs due to undershooting the boundary distance, everyone must weigh this up for themselves.
I would now associate the above-mentioned 1-2 positions with it. Then I would only have to pay positions 3-4, right?
None of the mentioned positions are associated with it. It only means that the costs for subdividing the property are covered by the municipality. All surveying costs related to construction, such as the site plan for the building application, rough staking, detailed staking, building surveying, you must pay.
The surveying by the municipality is supposed to take place only after completion.
You did participate in the thread of . It is common that the marking of the boundaries only takes place after the completion of the roads.
According to the site plan, the development area consists of 2 parcels that cover the entire building area.
What do you mean by site plan? The extract from the land registry map or your site plan for the building application including the entry of your project? Do you already have a building permit?
