Surcharge for installing large-format tiles

Really hard to say. Many do not want to publish large formats, others don't care. Additionally, there are regional differences. I would estimate the price for 30x60 at 35-40 euros (including adhesive and grouting).

Then we would be well advised to remove that.

It’s similar for me as it is for you. We included 138m2 in the format 30x60cm with a material cost of 40€. The tiles we chose also cost about 40€, so that fits. For us, the baseboards are already included in the offer. If we were to remove the trade, we would get credited 110€/m2. Basically, I would like to do that because then I also have the general contractor liable. However, the model where you pay the standard amount to the general contractor and transfer the additional cost for special sizes directly to the tiler is a bit difficult, especially since I would be at the mercy of the tiler here.

I’m now trying to get a fixed price first and then compare it.

We were just at a tile store and have now focused on the Casa dolce Casa Flagstone black glossy for the ground floor.

The tile dealer wants:
€74 per m² for the 40x80 version
€90 per m² for the 80x80 version

Pretty crazy when you compare the price with the first internet provider you find:
40x80 €44.90
80x80 €52.90

It's amazing how big the differences are. It's just as intense as with the sanitary topic. I would have thought that the difference wouldn't be greater than between a TV from MediaMarkt and a TV from Redcoon.

After all, it seems you both receive quite fair credits when excluding the trade. We have seen it quite differently here.
