Is that EUR 100/sqm total price for installation or an additional cost on top of 60x60 standard costs?

Addition: However, it is unclear how much they will charge for materials, for example. Perhaps there is again a "markup" hidden here. I would suspect that nothing goes under 200 euros net per sqm including materials.

Material, installation labor effort, and incidental costs (adhesive etc.) are all listed separately - material and incidental costs are also not cheap.

Against this background, the EUR 93/sqm surcharge on pure labor costs seems quite excessive to me.

It will not help you to determine a fair price. After all, you cannot simply commission someone else.

Yes and no. The developer, who explicitly allows special requests and emphasizes their flexibility in the purchase contract, owes market-based prices for variations. This also applies to labor costs.
