Surcharge for installing large-format tiles

We paid €14.50 for 80x80 on the floor and €18.50 on the wall. I find that absolutely justified. If I were a tiler, I would charge more. It can really be annoying to lay these large tiles. And nerves cost lifetime, I would have that well paid.

That's a matter of taste... our tiles are everywhere 1 m x 1 m except the wall and floor tiles in the bathroom, which are 1 m x 3 m and were cut in such a way that it looks optimal. Our shower is 1.70 m x 1 m and there we have 3 tiles floor to ceiling (2.60 m) with minimal maintenance effort. We have water hardness level IV here. I can't give a price like that, because we have oversized tiles throughout the whole house. But it was quite expensive, not just the installation... By the way, the tiles are only a few millimeters thick and were installed by one person.
