Slope with ground-level terrace

In the meantime, I dug around a bit more and found a "comparison example" - by no means a role model - where you can "clearly see" how a design on a slope with a staggered garage and an entrance on the sleeping level is being dealt with. So, as already mentioned to , not a "best practice," but rather a "same problem" example:

Why put the storage room behind the building services? Whether it's empty beer crates or skis, I wouldn't want to carry them through the [Technikraum] all the time.

How high is the street at the property boundary in the north? The garage in the southeast bothers me. When you sit on the terrace and see the two-story wall in the east. That wouldn’t suit me. You once wrote that the heights of the property were surveyed. Is there a plan for that?

Why actually the shed roof? The north view would surely look better with a gable roof.

that's how we have it too, you can also build it completely flat with a surrounding "crown", then it looks more modern, a neighbor here has it like that. Or best case, flat roof
