In your plan, you should enter the elevations. So that one knows where the slope is going.

Is it the property 8538?

We have living/dining/kitchen downstairs. However, the entrance is also there. Friends have the entrance on the ground floor and living in the basement. It's great. Modern living basements have nothing to do with dark, slightly musty, damp, low cellars.

Timber frame houses tend to push a basement as a storage room under the house. Our friends built a house with Albert. They should also work with you.

The elevations are nowhere to be seen. We had a surveyor here.

Thanks for the info. Our architect is currently conjuring something up. Let's see what comes of it. I will then post the floor plan.
