Bad Mergentheim is of course quite off the beaten path. No wonder there are still free building plots :pThere are still plenty of free building plots here. And for €150 per sqm quite good. I originally come from Karlsruhe and am used to different prices. Now another development area with 150 building plots is being developed. So if anyone is looking for something, a nice spa town with a rural flair. :)
