I see it the same way as you. Bad Mergentheim is also not the ugliest area, and "decently off the beaten track" is something else. Therefore, I consider the relaxed acquisition of property to be very fortunate.

Just for understanding, what do you mean by single-story in this situation? Something like a detached single-family house with sloping ceilings on the upper floor, but only buried into the hill on one side? I rather don't think so ;)

As can be seen from the development plan that I was forbidden to link, the eaves height downstream is 3.80m.
We simply don't want sloping roofs. From the street, it should look like a bungalow. Sleeping on the ground floor, living in the basement.

It is a common German first/last name. In my case, it is the last name.
And the year of birth also differs.

Have you already shown the desired location of the house on the plan? Your development plan is missing. Please upload a site plan with the corresponding details. No link please. Are there regulations regarding garages or carports?
