... hmm .. hm ...
If I were to design the kitchen plan, I wouldn’t place such a half-height cabinet next to the stand-alone refrigerator.
Then I would make the niche at the bottom of the plan:
just under 190 cm wide and install uniform tall cabinets and a blind corner there. Also the dishwasher. Next to the refrigerator, there would only be a base cabinet. For that, you might have to move the wall to the children's room about 10 to 15 cm further right or the door to the children's room further down the plan.
Then I notice something about the parapet height... how is it specified? From the top edge of the raw floor or the top edge of the finished floor? If I take the large window area, I assume it’s from the top edge of the raw floor, but then the window on the left will have a parapet height under 100 cm in its finished state and won’t look like it does in the kitchen plan.
The cooking island, if it is only supposed to be 200 cm wide, I would build from the bottom of the plan with a 40-80-80 cm base cabinet so that on one side, there is more workspace... and preferably realize a bar seating option simply at countertop height. Then the peninsula can be better used as a buffet sideboard or something like that. I would also choose the base cabinets with extra depth because you don’t have that much storage space.
