Yes, flat roofs are easier to seal properly today than in the past. As already mentioned, I think it’s quite good, but nothing can be said about the usefulness of the HWR yet because we don’t know the width. A difference of 10, 20, or 30 cm is already very interesting, whether you have to snake along the wall or not. Guest: It’s not an alternative for a bedroom later on because it’s too small <- Hinweis. I question the outside door to the freezer room; the front door is right there anyway... And the laundry area is the dirtiest room in the whole house. Please be cautious with well-intentioned advice from people who have not dealt with contemporary construction ;)

Well, with a knee wall of 220 cm, the shower is just above 220 cm in that area.. That should be taken into account. I don't consider it ideal for a shower.

As I have said before, this is not the final drawing but thanks for the hint anyway :)

So I also quite like the floor plan. During the planning of the house, we had planned a utility/storage room on the upper floor. The washing machine is also located there. The laundry accumulates on the upper floor and can then be "further processed" there right away. If you possibly enlarge the storage room a bit, that would also be possible for you and you would have more space downstairs in the utility room for other things.

That would also be a good idea, but I think the space for the dryer and washing machine is really well used. Additionally, you can go straight through the garage to the back and hang the laundry. The storage room upstairs is actually intended to serve as storage for the vacuum cleaner etc.

Where do you hang the laundry in winter? With the two doors in the utility room, maybe only 4 sqm remain for the washing machine etc. You should reconsider that. And when you enter the house through the entrance hall, where do you want to place a wardrobe or something for coats etc.? Upstairs I think you wanted to win first prize for the most asymmetrical rooms. :) Sorry, but that is partly terrible, these unnecessary corners. In my opinion, the bedroom is far too small; try furnishing it properly, with a decent bed and actual dimensions. Then better without a walk-in closet, it’s just a fashion trend anyway. And the children's rooms have different windows? One has some kind of balcony door? So there is still a lot that can be improved. Especially the upstairs is bad. o_O The house is not exactly small, you can make much more out of it...
