I do not see a monopitch roof at all, but rather a ridge direction specification in the development plan excerpt at the head of the thread.

In an "estimated" building envelope, I would not "plan" anything at all.


Probably not the plot, but the development plan?
Although I do not see a "better" place for the parking spaces here either, as they are already positioned "badly enough" as planned.

Would I estimate in my plan? Sorry, don't understand you. Here's some info; there isn't much from the OP anyway. [ATTACH alt="BPlan_St.png" type="full"]39165[/ATTACH] There are height restrictions too. I haven't found the "side plan." And you can't just dig anywhere either Want more?

Your detective ambition is probably even greater than mine I meant that uncovered parking spaces could definitely also be "free-standing" - unfortunately, a garage can only be placed at the planned location here, i.e. with this driveway position practically only as a bucket directly under the hole so it is already factually not variable, which makes the search for "legal" alternatives obsolete.

Played around a bit. Two-family house, buried 1m in the east. Bottom of the plan is north. Whether the stairs on the upper floor work like this, would need to be checked again - but theoretically yes.

No basement - instead attic. Knee wall 0 / 45° gable roof.
