Yep. That's roughly how I imagined it. If you want to stay compliant with the development plan, only the ridge direction has to be rotated by 90°, but I don't see any problems with your floor plan because of that. I'm sorry. I never wanted to disappoint you.

That too! The development plan seems full of surprises – at least as far as this thread is concerned. However, I’m afraid the OP is gone and already looking for alternative plots...

actually, I am still here Although the property has its quirks, we are grateful to have it and of course want to use it.
Thank you very much for your suggestions, today we have another appointment with the architect. I also found the addition that, due to a conservatory, the building boundary may be exceeded by 2 m.
