Architects owe their clients a design that can be approved, nothing more. In theory, it may – although this raises the question of whether it coincidentally fits the outcome of service phases 1 and 2 – also come straight out of the drawer.I find it tragic that you pay an architect (presumably) a lot of money and have to seek advice and suggestions for the look/facade, thus a relevant component of your building, in a laymen's forum....
Given the classic, usually opposite case, I find it impressive that this design appears as if a design for an angled bungalow with a basement for a sloped plot has been transferred onto a flat plot. The crazy retro Z-wave mix of a 1960s house and a 2010s garage has potential for a fashionable flop ;-)
