The main thing is that the cars, bicycles, etc. are kept dry and locked up. Beyond a certain size, prefabricated garages are not so easy to transport anymore. With the garage, the question is anyway whether we have the general contractor do it right away or award it again afterwards and then I don't know if there will be problems with placing it....

What do you think about the static structure? The living area is quite open. Is something like that feasible or will it be difficult?

Are you allowed to build over the garage? Basically put a terrace on top? Then you can do a lot with the bathroom.

With the rooms themselves, you must not forget the sloping ceilings. The living area is calculated differently there.
