Hello,
During the appointment, I learned that I was using the wrong word.
Rischtisch
No idea what it’s called, but it doesn’t really matter.
Just like you describe it, "planning office."
- Or rather, after the complete planning, which would then be finished to the extent that the application could be submitted, you would still have the option to say that you don’t want to build with the company
Then you can also directly hire an independent architect for the planning of the single-family house; I don’t see any advantage.
- For the complete planning you pay a fixed price x €, if you then build with the company, the price x € is charged
With a fixed portion rebate; I assume. Or is it billed according to HOAI?
- no talks with salespeople, but directly from the start with one of the architects
Seriously – I have enjoyed working with a certain architect for many years; his designs are in my opinion well thought out and have a high recognition value. In terms of technical innovations – especially in the area of renewable energies – he somehow got stuck in the 20th century; and that, even though he still has to reach the magical 50. If your statement refers to pure planning services, I’m with you. If it’s about comprehensive advice, I don’t really see architects as being up to date.
- the spontaneous estimated price I had given to me matches the price we had expected. So at first glance, it doesn’t seem overpriced
If this estimated price also makes it final into the contract – what are you still considering?
I wasn’t aware that the architect is ultimately a mediator and that I then conclude the contracts with different companies.
Do you seriously believe that your praised planning office takes on guarantees beyond their planning service?
Rhenish regards
