I see the living room like .. difficult to furnish ... really place the furniture you have in mind in there. And then consider the path from kitchen to terrace.

A north arrow is missing, the section drawing shows the wrong viewing direction, it would be better if you could see the knee wall, etc.

I would say this:

Overall a decent draft, not something that makes you faint with horror but also not something that makes you jump out of your chair with enthusiasm. Good standard.

The kitchen is rather small – how you see it as large is beyond me. But it fits the size of the house. The same goes for the living room. For 4 people, it would personally be a bit tight for me. Others might find it huge.

I would check the wardrobe niche in the hallway with a depth of 42.5 cm for its suitability for furnishing. Do you already have the wardrobe for it? If not, choose one now! That way you can still, if necessary, adjust the walls to your favorite wardrobe.

Where the washing machine is located on the ground floor, I would leave it there. Messing up the bathroom for that, I think, is nonsense. I also find the bathroom flawless.

If it were mine, the guest room would be removed in favor of a larger living space. For that, I would have a pantry behind the kitchen and the multipurpose room would then span the entire south side.

Do you really want to squeeze yourselves into an 80s shower cabin for the rest of your lives? That would be too little for me. And in the kitchen, the two huge sinks take up a lot of workspace. Also, with the kitchen layout, I would increase the countertop depth from 60 to 80. Then you can still work where the small appliances are on the countertop.

Just asking: How can you tell that it's from the 80s? I wouldn't have recognized it. So 80 would also be too small for me. You could probably enlarge it to 90 or 1m quite easily.

I see large rooms, but no storage options for seasonal clothing, decoration boxes, and all the "junk" (paint, tools, crafting stuff) that you simply don't want to store in the DB (if you even have one) because it's too inconvenient to access. Sure, you can put dozens of cabinets in the rooms (then everyone has their own storage space), but that would be too cluttered (for me). A built-in wardrobe in the hallway on the upper floor would catch some of that, but the hallway is too small for that. For me, the house thus offers rather less living quality than it could offer in terms of size. The kitchen is affected as well; more furniture mass could fit in there, and likely will. A wardrobe for 4 people also cannot be accommodated there... The bathroom, on the other hand, could be smaller if I ignore the washing machine. With a more stylish shower and the assumed 2-meter line, the space will probably be needed after all... I would probably make the over-20sqm rooms upstairs into 16sqm rooms and create a utility room upstairs with plenty of storage space. Are there any other plans, like a site plan, for example? PDFs cannot be opened on tablets, phones, and so on... When I look at the visualizations upstairs, it looks like an 80cm KS to me?! Then it gets tight with the headboards under the slant: many beds would have to be pushed forward, which makes the room a bit smaller. That would be something to consider.
