Something like this would be quite nice. By the way, I would place the WC stairs again opposite the stairs and instead put a small narrow console on the wall at the entrance as a place to put keys, letters, etc. (The WC can easily tolerate a few centimeters less in length for that)

The WC "stairs"? Unfortunately, I don't quite understand that. Yes, my wife has already reserved the parking space under the stairs for herself! The picture with the bench in the closet looks great. Maybe I can actually realize such a built-in wall as the left side wall of the guest room! But now I'll first paint a few steps before it leads to more confusion

And do you find the sofa size and the distance to the TV realistic? Yes, it may be that this is your current sofa. But you yourself write that you are planning the house for 4 people. So I have to plan my living room with the future in mind for 4 people as well. For me personally, the room would have a difficult dimension. I wouldn’t want to sit 5.7m away from the TV. But having the sofa in the middle of the room doesn’t always work well either, from an aesthetic point of view. For me personally, a distance of about 4m to 4.5m is optimal. As I said, none of this has to apply to you, but just think about how you live and especially how you want to live.

I couldn't have said it any better The shelf cross stretched in the room is not a comprehensible staircase symbol even for non-idiots. I suspect the CAD tool is for "technical drawing" for vocational students and cannot do stairs.

Hello Drasleona, I have just transferred our current living room for better assessment. I would like to think about how this could change for 4. Do you think turning the couch 90 degrees to the right and building a "TV wall" in front of the fireplace would create a bit more space here? I am already working on installing the steps... It's just a 3D program and not a floor plan designer
