Why is the exit to the outdoor seating area blocked by a sofa? Wouldn't it be more sensible to place the exit by the dining table?
That's how it was in the green forum (Floor plan single-family house - Ground floor windows by Ronja123, on 12/21).
The chimney shaft on the upper floor is positioned very inconveniently,
Yes, the chimney requires a replacement in the ridge beam, which I think is nonsense.
So now, after a long time and much pondering, my hopefully almost finished plan.
Honestly, I don’t see that as achieved yet.
I was able to incorporate several ideas.
Which were those? It felt to me like there was little movement?
By the way, the wood stove still fits by the chimney. But it will probably now go into the basement.
A stove in the basement? – I more understood the point of a horse in the hallway.
How exactly would you shift the walls on the upper floor?
So that not only Child 1 has sufficient space for cabinets behind the door.
I am considering narrowing the windows on the west side on the upper floor to 1.13 to gain more usable wall space?!
Somehow this brings a reading tip to mind for you. Take a look in this thread:
