The question is rather, what does the stub bring to the living room? And generally the question is, what have you actually changed significantly now? Actually, I see a detrimental "improvement" of the initial draft.
For example, the pantry, where it now goes through the curved corridor and the placement options are further reduced.
And, you overlap 3 steps, i.e. on the third step you no longer have 275 cm ceiling height but only 221 cm. But this is especially a head injury risk when coming down the stairs:
Just to make clear what this is about:

Although the dimensions are different, note the descending person.
Moreover, that still does not bring enough depth for the bedroom. It is just 310 cm. A bed with a 180 cm mattress width is about 190 cm wide including the frame. So there remain barely 60 cm on the top and bottom sides of the bed. And then 2 doors in that room, wardrobes have to be placed because the dressing room does not provide enough space. The bedroom will therefore rather feel like a cramped junk room.. Sorry for the harsh words.
Super conveniently .. you then come straight from the dressing room into the wet area of the shower ... no, that won’t work.
