Hello,

we decided again against the guest room on the ground floor to gain more space in the living room/kitchen.
The upper floor remains unchanged, only the bathroom layout has been refined.

Do you still see any major errors apart from the encroachment on the staircase.

What does "besides" mean? - that is already quite a serious blunder. If you fix this supposed detail, a whole chain of changes will follow. As it is now, you bump your horn when passing through the living room door, where you have to duck your head by about 70 cm, a minor thing, the reflex is quickly learned, already when going downstairs, where the bedroom overhangs.

Otherwise, it is clearly approaching buildability; regarding the dimensions of the garage palace, I do not see any change (?)

At first glance, the still clearly visible is the misunderstood relationship between construction dimensions and brick sizes, along with the resulting overtime for the masons.

The wall thicknesses are repeatedly inappropriate, including 17.5 cm precisely for the dividing wall between the pantry and cooking area. What is the reason for the special thickness of 22 cm between the shower bath and pantry?

Hello,

When passing through the living room door, the stair step is at a height of 2.39, I don't think anyone would hit their head since the door opening is only 2.00 high. (2.75m room height)

When going down the stairs, there is a height of 2.20 for 7cm, with a height of 1.80 you should also not have the reflex to duck.

The dimension of the garage was chosen due to the lack of a basement.

17.5cm is necessary due to the statics as the living area has a large span. 22cm is an installation wall for the shower, WC, and washbasin.

I almost thought so, but found nothing of this sort in the bathroom - however, it looks like something like that between the house connection room and the living room.

Hm, I really don't like the floor plan. Cooking and eating feel very cramped. And I imagine the bedroom to be very unattractive with all the angles, the narrow spot between the bed and the corner of the room above the stairs. Obviously, I'm also too sensitive when it comes to doors at the head of the bed – I still try to avoid having the door end up in the middle of the bed at our place, but in your case it opens directly towards the head...

Cooking and eating have now basically become almost square. Based on experience, this is always particularly difficult to plan. You can already see it in the preliminary ground floor layout .. somewhere tight at the transition between kitchen/table, but at another place unnecessary spaciousness again. The pantry can't even accommodate a freezer cabinet, at least not on the long wall, as it otherwise cannot be opened. Overall, there are also many wall niches on the ground floor that serve no recognizable purpose but complicate the floor plan. The staircase at the entrance to the living room does not obstruct headroom, but I would say it spoils the appearance.

I don't like the enclosed dressing room in any of the versions. In the last version, it is again a very unfavorable area to furnish due to the window on the wide side.

I don't know why a bedroom is not allowed next to the bathroom. Noise concerns can be mitigated with proper walls. And a master bedroom wall to wall with the children's room .. if you plan it so that the continuous built-in wardrobe is on this shared wall, then that should not be a criterion.
