the finished room height is 270. The parapet height is the normal 90 cm except in the living room where it is floor-to-ceiling.

What would be your suggestion to better plan the layout on the upper floor?
Or the living area on the ground floor for more space and not such a large distance to the TV

For the kitchen, a 90cm sill height is not necessarily optimal. If you want to let the countertop run in front of or into the window, you should first find out the working height your kitchen should have; I would then orient the sill height accordingly, and that for the entire ground floor. For the rest, the sill height doesn’t really matter, but for the kitchen, it is very important.

okay, at that size it can definitely be accurate every person is built differently, for example I have very long legs (really very long) therefore I need a higher working height for my size than others of my size. a good guideline is to measure the arm held at a right angle from the elbow to the ground and subtract about 15cm from that. of course, extensive testing is even better (an ironing board is perfect for this as it is continuously height-adjustable)
