Honestly, I don't understand the problem with the staircase. In the middle of the staircase, there is a continuous wall. The staircase rests on the floor slab of the upper floor. On the ground floor, this results in a sloping roof in the bathroom (certainly not ideal), and on the upper floor, the entrance to the office is on the left. The upper floor slab rests on the wall to the bathroom. That should work, right?
