What would definitely bother me a lot is the fact that in order to get from the bedroom to the bathroom or toilet, I always have to go through the hallway. I quite like to sleep naked sometimes, and if you have to get up at night, the kids are already older and hanging out with guests in the living area while I’m trying to rest... no, really not. That would be too little privacy for me. And in the mentioned situation, with the kids still awake in the living area and me in bed, I would also prefer my bedroom to be somewhere other than next to the living room.

throw one in without this inner corner.
More oriented towards the original plan again. Only the ground floor - I don’t consider the upper floor difficult here - unfortunately, I have no time for that today.

With the whole sauna-pool plan, you should keep the garden design in mind. I first see the terrace for cocktails and nearby the pool with a short path to the bathroom. In the current plan by the OP, the swimming fun and drinking party are too separated for my taste.

We will also think it over again whether that bothers us or could bother us.

*super* ... also has the advantage that the entrance in the east does not obstruct the garage driveway. With the floor-to-ceiling windows, I would adjust a little bit ... but otherwise

Looks very good in any case. The upper floor would certainly be feasible. What bothers me about it: the toilet is located in the dirty area.
The all-purpose room is not really an open area, it is too segmented for my taste.

About the inner corner: what if it is shifted slightly towards the south? Then the first view would definitely be towards the window, wouldn’t it?

Honestly, I don’t understand the problem with the stairs. In the middle of the stairs, there is a solid wall. The stairs rest on the upper floor slab. On the ground floor, there is a sloping roof in the bathroom (certainly not ideal) and on the upper floor, the entrance to the office is on the left. The upper floor slab rests on the wall to the bathroom. That should work, shouldn’t it?
