Yes, K3 is too narrow, maybe solve it like this?

Just swap the children's bathroom and children's room 3, then it will fit nicely upstairs. I don't know the facade, but that should work. Build over one stair step. That's what I mean:

If there doesn't have to be a bathtub, the bathroom could be made even narrower, giving child 1 and 2 a bit more space and cutting out these corners. But 3 children also need space when they all have to be in the bathroom in the morning at the same time... In that respect, the larger bathroom is definitely great.

Matthew, you had the same thought while I was writing my post.

Or like this if you don't want the children's room in the north. (without paying attention to measurements)

Edit: Or then swap sleeping and master bathroom in my suggestion.

Wow thank you very much, now I have to go through this with my wife.

A dressing room as a passage to the master bathroom is pretty cool I think, but then I would be sleeping right next to the street. About 50 households drive by at a distance of 3 meters. I have to think that over carefully.

I don’t know if it’s cool to put a child in the north. There is practically never any sun in the room.

And the kids’ bathroom definitely does not need a bathtub, that’s true.

Do they all drive by while you are still sleeping? And consider that otherwise you are doing that to your child...

We've had that discussion a few times recently. There are some who report from experience that teenagers keep the shutters down all day anyway.

Edith: And what else caught my eye about the original draft... take a look at the furniture, what dimensions they have and draw yours to scale. Especially the children's wardrobes... they look very, very small. But in the original draft, you can't fit anything larger in with child 3.
