Setting up a garden of approximately 600 sqm - rough cost estimate?

Hello, we have a 900 sqm plot,
we are building an approx. 200 sqm bungalow, so approx. 600 sqm of the plot will remain.

I want a simple, low-maintenance garden. Very clear without frills.

Some beech hedge, grass, paving stones in front of the house and for parking spaces and once around the house. 2 terraces and 1 large garden shed. (Gerätehütte).

Are there any guidelines on how much this will cost me?

I would estimate that I will do 1/3 of the work myself.

How is one supposed to estimate that?

Terraces: What size? What structure? What covering? etc.
Paving stones: What kind of area? What kind of stones? etc.
Garden shed: What size? What material? etc.

Certainly there is also a splash protection strip missing, possibly lighting

We are currently doing about 120 sqm of paving, 2 terraces with a total of about 60 sqm, 20 m of splash protection ([Kiesstreifen]).
In addition, the topsoil of about 500 sqm garden needs to be replaced and the lawn seeded. Additionally, a few more earthworks.

Hard to say where we will end up, I estimate about €15,000. However, we are doing everything ourselves, so it is not comparable.

For 23 meters of beech hedge, we have received offers between 500 and 1600 EUR... Everything is poorly comparable as you can see! Write down what you want and get prices. Apparently, there is no other way.
