So in civil engineering and gardening you can "bury the money" ... I think that is clear.
Reference points, this was the case with us:
Distribute and level humus on the site - 1500€
Create courtyard with planter boxes - 3000€
Pave 100m2 courtyard with substructure - 8000€
Retaining wall at the carport 2x10m - 5800€
Entrance stairs with substructure and foundation 10 steps - 3000€
Build boundary wall - 2000€
Backfill and compact 62m2 terrace in layers - 3000€
Green the carport roof ([Vorgabe LRA]) - 2500€
And that’s without any lawn, any "finished" terrace, or any plants!
That really cannot be answered in a general way, more details are needed. Which lawn? A normal sports lawn or mixed? Which plants are planned? Which facilities are planned, shelters, barns, sheds, etc?
So it is not possible to give a guideline here. You first have to know what you want. Paths, terrace, plants – there are millions of options. What does your property look like? Does it have to be leveled first? etc. Our two terraces alone cost around 10,000.
Hello, we have a 900 sqm plot, We are building an approx. 200 sqm bungalow, so that approx. 600 sqm of the plot will remain.
I want a simple, low-maintenance garden. Very clear and straightforward without any frills.
Some beech hedge, grass, paving stones in front of the house and for parking spaces and once around the house. 2 terraces and 1 large garden shed. (tool shed).
Are there any guideline values for what this would cost me?
I would estimate 1/3 of the work as own contribution
16 thousand execution standard. No expensive paving, but material for 11 per sqm. All with tax and without own contribution.
