How about the following:
- Separate garage, not integrated into the house; maybe the garage can be built directly next to the house and the garage roof used as a terrace.
- Entrance in the basement on the left wall; after the entrance hallway, the rooms that should have sun and terrace on the right side (like living room and office)
- WC/bathroom with window to the left of the entrance, if possible
- then on the left side utility room and storage room
- on the ground floor then the bedrooms and guest rooms with bathroom
So, as already correctly recognized, the entrance should be via the KG. Thus, although accessibility is no longer given, it seems to me the better solution than placing the entrance via an external staircase on the left side. In any case, we want the children's rooms and the living area mainly on one level, precisely because of the children.
I meant that you could make the entrance on the left in the [KG], so no external stairs. And then the living room in the [KG] and the bedrooms upstairs in the [EG].
Then the living room would more or less disappear into the slope and the view of the surroundings would only be available from the bedrooms. So this is not an adequate solution. But still, thank you for any food for thought.
