In the south we have a street right in front of the house, I could live with the kitchen there but not with the living area...

I agree with you - unless the access to the building has to be from the south?! Where will the garages be built? Possibly directly next to a house wall? Then the window areas would be omitted there, and you should plan the utility room there. You see, alternative thinking shows that a house plan should not be done in isolation from the plot. Your open space plan / development plan must also be taken into account.

We overlapped there :) If the street is in the south, the southwest can still be used as a living room - the terrace will then face west? The entrance could be placed in the southeast. The utility room should then be in the northeast and the bedrooms rather towards the north if the street is extremely loud.

The garage will go where the utility room is on my plan.. where I forgot the inventory... And again regarding the previous comment, the utility room should also have an outside door as drawn if that can be seen so that you don't have to walk through the entire living room...

You have to take the drawing in portrait format, as if you are standing on the street...

I hope you can understand what I wanted to say with that

How is the building envelope?
Do you have to build so close to the street?
Is that a main or a side street?
Questions, questions, questions!

Sorry, but the orientation of the house is a no-go for me... and I would explore every option to get some sun into the living space. House further back, utility room facing north (damn the long supply lines, you only die once), bedrooms to the east, kids' wing with shower toilet, parents' area at the back with a cleverly placed walk-in closet as access to the bedroom (so there’s no long hallway ;))
Nice terrace to the southwest, show off the best side! :) (if necessary, a hedge will do) and entrance to the east.

This is too superficial for me, tips can only be made concrete with information, information, information!
And the measurements have to be right.
