In the end, I would probably prefer "1". "3" is cut too unfavorably for me, and "4" will probably get quite a bit of traffic to and from Baisinger Street.

The plot in question would lie within the scope of your development plan.

The upper end in OW is about 19.5m and in NS it's about 17.5m. Subtracting 2.5m distance each, there are then 12.5m depth left for the house. From the peak straight across, it is about 29.5m to the boundary.

I just scaled it and stick with 3 because I exclude the others due to the shortness of the longest plot side.

I would choose 2 or 3.
2 with access road and garage in the northeast as border development.
3 because it is elongated, and you will have a nice southwest garden as a result.

For me, it would also be number 2, but not as drawn by the OP. Who would put the garage in the southwest? For 1 and 2, it should be clarified whether the garage access is possible from the side streets. If yes, it would clearly be number 2 with access in the northeast. The desired north terrace can then be connected to the corner of the house/garage and is thus wind-protected. We have a north terrace just like that, but since last year with a glass roof. It is really nice. Cool in the shade during the day and in midsummer the sunset comes around the corner in the evening.
