You’re right, I’ve moved one "construction area" further north. Now I also see the €170/m2. €450 is really quite ambitious.

What about the Röte III and IV construction areas? For the small community, another 370 residential units are planned there, mostly single-family and semi-detached houses. The community first has to manage to sell that today.

So the route planner shows more than an hour from Vollmaringen to Untertürkheim, where do the 30 minutes come from? It is indeed very rural and yet priced quite steeply (especially given the current market development).

I think it’s about the Sindelfingen plant. The biggest one of Mercedes-Benz, or "of Daimler" as they say in Swabia. Untertürkheim is just the company headquarters.

They are still in negotiations with the landowners. So a few more years could easily pass. By the way, the plan was for the development area discussed here to be completed in 2022 and Röte 3/4 in 2023. The size of the plots is supposed to be similarly "large".

Then go ahead and negotiate nicely. It will probably be difficult to convince the owners (probably not the municipality) of the new market situation.
In a quick search, I saw property in the range of 285 - 350 €/m2 near Rottenburg am Neckar. Personally, I would prefer east of the highway anyway, because I simply find Tübingen a nice little town :-).

Is I agree with you there. I now also consider the offer to be significantly too expensive. The 4 plots have been listed on Immoscout since late spring. That's funny. We live in Rottenburg and are accordingly looking around that area. Do you have a link for me?
