Hello, is it permissible to build such a garage? Essentially built 9m on 2 property boundaries and then with a 3 meter distance an indentation? (To be realized in Bavaria)

The middle wall height is clear. The driveway is on the "lower" side, so it would be in a corner without a driveway/street.

Just checked again, garages are 9m from the property boundary (provided there are no living rooms and fireplaces in [Bayern])
