I don’t quite understand the problem. For us, 1. parts of the screed were not laid with underfloor heating and 2. parts of the screed were completely omitted in order to still be able to do such "messy things". And why should a drywall be plastered again?
For cost reasons, it is now not uncommon to build the walls on the upper floor from drywall instead of solid walls. And such a drywall partition in the bathroom or as an interior wall, on which later a washbasin, base cabinet, large mirror, shelves, etc. hang, has quite a lot of force to dissipate into the floor.
