How long I struggled with the selection of the windows.
We finally decided on white glazed wood-aluminum windows on the inside. On the outside, they are gray! Slightly browner than RAL 7016. Please be sure to look at such a window in person; with this combination, we didn’t consider that you can still see a large frame portion from the outside when looking from inside. I often thought that I could have just ordered the windows completely gray, or even black, since you also see a lot of the black sealing.
Why we chose white on the inside was that we unfortunately have quite thick profiles, and the color share in the room was then too much for me. Especially combined with furniture and other surfaces, you are then quite limited in color. If our frame share had been smaller, we would certainly have chosen gray on the inside. See the windows from or , unfortunately such windows were not within our budget.
