Yes, the plot is extra.



I had already gotten new hopes after the good ideas. If it’s okay, I would like to try 1 to 2 more attempts with a bungalow. Good 4-room floor plans exist. If I realize from the feedback that everything is stupid, we will go with a town villa. But maybe I can live well with the compromises/disadvantages and building/living on one level is more important to me.

I also asked the developer whether he could even build/implement the new proposals.

Why this extreme difference? There are such beautiful attics: downstairs 2/3 living space, upstairs 1/3.

If the property is separate, why are you already tied to a specific developer? Have you already signed a contract? I'm just a bit curious because I thought you were still in the floor plan design phase.

This was about the financial aspect. 400,000 is our limit for the house price. We pay for land separately. We haven’t signed anything yet and we won’t be doing that anytime soon.
