The previously discussed bungalow floor plan variants all still require modifications and their not entirely trivial integration into the plot and building envelope – between these measures and a developer project I see little overlap – placing a “town villa” there seems to me a far less daring wish.

I had already gotten new hopes after the good ideas. If it’s okay, I would like to try 1 to 2 more attempts with a bungalow. Good 4-room floor plans exist. If I realize from the feedback that everything is stupid, we will go with a town villa. But maybe I can live well with the compromises/disadvantages and building/living on one level is more important to me.

I also asked the developer whether he could even build/implement the new proposals.

This was about the financial aspect. 400,000 is our limit for the house price. We pay for land separately. We haven’t signed anything yet and we won’t be doing that anytime soon.
