Maybe you should just explain your statements so that one understands what you are getting at.

The house measures 16.5m x 12.9m. The front door is on the long side. In order for the house to fit on the plot, it has to be positioned sideways. The garage is located in the middle of the house when viewed from the side; that is where the front door is. If I remove the carport and enlarge the garage (5x6 and place it directly next to the house), then I can no longer get into the house without going through the garage. Or have I misunderstood something?

... then the garage will simply be moved further back to make room for the entrance. The floor plan is not set in stone yet, but will be adjusted according to the possibilities.

Read up here https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/leitfaden-zur-hausplanung-auf-dem-Grundstück.30891/ You seem to be approaching the planning completely wrong. Look at the plot and mark where something could be located.

I have already read that. But I just can't come up with such good ideas. I like it this way much better too. I then aligned the house parallel to the street, since there otherwise isn't enough space. The house now moves forward again. The storage room serves as privacy protection and you can go directly from the garage into the house. In theory, I could also move the storage room and garage a bit forward since there is still space. Unfortunately, you can't really see that well in my picture, but it would be possible.

Are there any other criticisms / alternative suggestions?

Since no one has responded here anymore, I assume it is okay like this. What else occurred to me is that I could take a small single garage instead of the small double garage and build a carport next to it. The advantage would be that there is then a passage on the back side.
