Morning,
that sounds good.
The prices seem very reasonable to me.
Regards, Olli

I do prefer owning a home to be protected from that :)

I certainly hope so  . Everything should stay within the budget. Although I also take care of some things myself. The front panel elements were quickly screwed to the wall in one evening. Drywalling is no rocket science either - but I won't build such a room divider again...

So the gutting, for example, was not completely contracted out to a company? Instead, are we talking about (at this point actually sensible) in-house work?

Own work:
16 sqm of screed removed, at which point I had already fired my general contractor. Everything else through him.
Sanitary only setting the pre-wall elements and core drillings through the ceiling into the basement for new pipes
Electrical no own work
Windows no own work
Photovoltaics no own work
Drywall complete own work (it’s just one wall and the room divider)

So far manageable own work, but actually in the sensible places. Savings? No idea.

Here is an update on what has happened so far:

    [*]Sanitary pipes completed
    [*]Window installation in progress
[*]Heating system installed, heat pumps set up
[*]Underfloor heating is currently being laid
    [*]Drywall construction finished
[*]Electrician is in the final stages
    [*]Photovoltaic system running
[*]Wallbox is charging the new car
[*]Core drilling for controlled residential ventilation (decentralized) and installation of pipes/devices completed
[*]TV wall prepared (LED strips will be installed around it, surface will be covered with 60x40 natural stone from Planeo)

Problems so far:

    [*]Window delivery time six months
[*]Various water and heating pipes drilled into and cut. They were in places where they actually shouldn’t be...
[*]Break-in into the garage (all materials were removed)
[*]Partly incorrectly delivered windows (manufacturer error)

Costs so far approx. €90,000. Screed will be done on 17.05. Parquet is already in the basement. Bathrooms can then be done – everything is ready except tiles. New radiators for the rented upper floor apartment are also ready.
Additional major costs to come are the tiles for the bathrooms, some paint (some of which is already available – fine plaster), as well as external insulation after the summer.
